<header>Scheduled backup time</header>
To have this backup run automatically on a regular schedule, select <b>Simple
schedule</b> and choose an interval from the menu. Or if you want to turn it
off for now, select the <b>Disabled</b> option. <p>
If you need more control over the schedule, choose the <b>Complex schedule</b>
option and click the button next to it to pop up a window for selecting
exactly which hours, minutes and days the backup will be run. <p>
